The Gilded Deep is a visceral plunge into shadow and shimmer — a landscape where darkness yields to light and texture rises like currents through still water. Indigo washes move like submerged tides, layered with hand-applied gold leaf that glows across the surface like ancient sunlight breaking through the depths.

Crafted through an intuitive cyanotype process using fluid ink, salt, and water, this piece developed in dialogue with natural light and chance. Each mark, bloom, and streak was shaped by evaporation, reaction, and time — impossible to plan, impossible to replicate.
